After nearly 3 years I decided to do something. I broke my no smoking rule this night after so long. Are you all dissapointed? I had a good time seeing Naser again, great great friend, and I'm very happy to see him in Montreal for these two weeks. |

I was working on fixing my sleep, which I was doing a good job at yesterday. I decided to take a 2 hour nap at 4pm, and what do you know, I don't wake up until 11pm. So Now I have to fix my sleep all over again. |

Well I'm finally back from E3 after a lot of trouble in the airports (I have some of the worst luck every). I just wanted to let you know that I'll blog all of what went on on my GameChew blog sometime soon. I just wanted to say I missed everyone, especially pochi <3 and my close friends. |

Well after a lot of hard work http://www.gamechew.com has finally relaunched with version 3.1! It's taken a lot of work but my coder and designer are great people and they did most of it. I'll be leaving tuesday morning for E3 in California, that should be very exciting. After that it's finishing up paperwork to become an official company. Work work work. At least it's fun. |

Hmm I haven't listened to one of my favorite bands in a really long time, and man have I missed them. I'm really glad The Offspring released Can't Repeat. It's somewhat of a mix of their older stuff and some of their newer, but it works well.
Anyways I've been pretty busy lately with working on Gamechew. We're set to launch by the end of this month, and hiring writers + gathering content has begun. Write now on the Indie side of things, we have about 5 people to interview, and 5 or 6 more to talk to with ideas. We're also preparing for the future (E3, TGS) and so on. Basically we should be a L.L.C. by the end of this month (Limited Liability Company) if all goes well. I'm going to be seeing a lawyer either today or the day after about this. It looks like we haven't been doing much, but all the work has been behind the scenes basically. Ramsey and I will be writing for the site, but we need a lot more writers so if anyone knows some dedicated writers/gamers, you know how to contact me for a job oppurtunity for them.
Other than that there isn't much to say. Started classes again and that's alright. Since my girlfriend travelled it's been pretty lonely and boring here, but she's back now so I'm pretty happy. Looking forward to the next few months. |

Hmm I was just thinking of how I can't wait for the Halo movie, the only videogame movie I have faith in. Why do you ask? Don't all game to movie adaptations suck? Well yes, but MS knows the huge selling power that Halo has, and won't fuck it up. Let's see.
Written by: Alex Garland (of 28 days later fame) <-Halo fan, showed Bungie the script who loved it. Bungie said "He really just understands the Halo universe and how it should be."
Executive Producer: Peter effing Jackson <- 'nuff said. Reportedly would stay up on work on King Kong trying to beat Halo 2
Director: None announced yet but some names have come up including Del Toro (Hellboy director, had to fight the studios a ton to get the movie as close to the comics as they would let him).
And who are making the special effects? WETA. Who are WETA? Why could that be the very same WETA that Peter Jackson founded and made the LOTR and King Kong special effects?! Yes, yes it is. Bungie people went over to New Zealand to their workshop with the models and said some amazing stuff is going down there.

I saw my cousin today for the first time in over a year. He's a great guy, and it's always fun being with him. He's actually someone who has really changed my life (for better or for worse). I was supposed to go back out and meet him at some place, but things didn't work out and he got too drunk, so I just stayed over at my friends house (Dzaner). Dzaner called up another friend he met at Mcgill, so he came over as well. They smoked weed and ciggarettes while I just played around on the computer (for those of you who don't know, I quit smoking over two years ago). After the guy left, I just hung out with Dzaner for a while. It was weird and not that great of a night, but I'm glad I saw Fahad. Someone message me on MSN, AIM, or something, I'm so tired and bored. =_= |
